3. Vendor / Client Registration

3.3 GSN AdWorks reserves the right to accept or decline a registration or service request subject to applicable law.
4. Accuracy of Information

4.2 You must have the necessary authority to submit information on behalf of the company, organization, vendor, or client represented in the registration.

5. Required Services
5.1 Services requested through the registration form may include SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, Branding, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Video/Reels, and other digital marketing or related services.
5.2 Selecting a service in the registration form represents an expression of interest and does not by itself constitute confirmation of service delivery.
5.3 Final scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities may be specified separately in a quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
6. Review and Acceptance
6.1 GSN AdWorks may evaluate the submitted requirements before confirming a project or engagement.
6.2 Work will commence only after the applicable scope, commercial terms, approvals, and other necessary requirements have been agreed.
6.3 GSN AdWorks may decline work that is unlawful, technically impractical, outside the agreed scope, or inconsistent with applicable third-party platform policies.
7. Pricing, Payments and Advertising Budgets
7.1 Service charges, payment schedules, taxes, advertising budgets, and other commercial terms will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
7.2 Advertising spend for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other third-party platforms may be separate from GSN AdWorks service or management fees.
7.3 Clients are responsible for providing or approving sufficient advertising budgets and any required third-party payments.
7.4 Applicable taxes and statutory charges may be added where required by law.
8. Electronic Signature and Declaration
8.1 The Vendor Registration form may request an electronic signature from an authorized person.
8.2 By providing the electronic signature and submitting the form, the person confirms that the information supplied is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized to submit the registration.
8.3 Electronic acknowledgement and signatures will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

14. Suspension or Termination

15. Cancellation and Refund Policy

15.4 Any approved refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the timeframe communicated by GSN AdWorks.
16. Limitation of Liability
